Youth for Christ East Tennessee is taking strides to become an offcial chapter in the International Youth for Christ network.
As of right now we have a taskforce made up of several prominent leaders in Anderson County (Superintendant, principal, teachers, lawyers, bankers, business owners and pastors).
Next week we should recieve our charter 501c3 and letter making us an offcial startup charter YFC!

We also have more than 20 Johnson Bible College students who will be working with us the remainder of the school year to strengthen our campus ministries on six campuses.

This Friday we are moving into our office that has been generously donated to us by Robertsville Baptist Church!
We are also planning a leadership retreat for our student leaders on several campuses to Cades Cove State park on April 9-11 to focus on what it means to be a godly young person in todays world.
If you have questions, call me, Tim Jackson, Executive Director YFC East Tennessee.

Over the last month we have been invtied into the Morgan County school system. This next month we hope to start six new sites in Morgan County, two elementary school, two middle school and two high school!

Teachers are the backbone of this movement, without them being convicted of the lostness of their campus, their would be no new sites.

Pray teachers continue to sense the leadership of the Holy Spirit, and they follow His leadership.
